Week #32 2013

For Creative Every Day challenge 2013 by Leah Piken Kolidas, I´m taking at least a picture a day for the whole year. I´ve checked 219 out of the possible 222 pictures for 2013 so far. Click on the pictures to see them bigger!

Monday, August 5th (213/216): bikes are the quickest transport at rush time. Daniel shows David the way to a friend´s home nearby.

Tuesday, August 6th (214/217): today the German kids were meeting at Unicenter shopping mall again. As we drove them there we took a few minutes for us as well. For "a few minutes" I mean coffee and cake ;)

Wednesday, August 7th (215/218): I´m not a domestic goddess. Lol! I was ironing Tati´s sheets and I held the iron down for too long. I melted the fabric! *gasp*

Thursday, August 8th (216/219): the official picture. Yes, that means there are other ones way funnier. The boys are so sweet, they didn´t tell me the sun was right into their eyes until after I took the first picture. At that point they all made loud noises and gestures. I captured that. It´s soooooo them. We moved locations for this one. And of course the next one had funny faces as well.

Friday, August 9th (217/220): winter sale! New blue boots. :)

Saturday, August 10th (218/221): finally! It took me weeks to go through this book. Resistance? Plenty.

Sunday, August 11th (219/222): the age for voting went down from 18 to 16, although it is still not compulsory for those years. Sunday marked the day of Matias´ first vote. He is really  informed for a kid that age, knowing all the candidates, alliances and plans. He reminds me of my dad a lot. :) Here he is in front of the telly (El debut del voto joven = The young vote´s debut) with his vote proof.
