Yes, I have already noticed it is Wednesday and not Monday. ;)
Why Abbey Road this week?
On Monday morning, at our breakfast table, I thought that if I had got ONE thing right in this mamahood journey is that both my KIDS are CERTAIN they ARE LOVED.
While washing the breakfast dishes I was humming "And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make" (The End, song #16 of Abbey Road). That lead to thoughts on loving and being loved.
I pondered about that during my daily walk.
I thought of my friend S, who is going through a rough patch. Loving thoughts for her.
There I was, walking and thinking of friends, when one out of three stray dogs on a corner started following me. Sometimes some steps ahead, watching over his shoulder to be sure I was still there. Sometimes some steps behind when there was anything interesting enough to smell. Most of the time, right by my side. He crossed streets and turned corners with me. At one point he looked back at me and I can swear he actually SMILED at me.
Loving thoughts for the stray dog that shared paths with me.
My list was heartwarmingly long, full of friends and people I know that I wish well.
If you are here today, take {{{{this huge happy hug}}}} and my loving thoughts for you too. :)

Past the new moon, I finished August board. Very femenine this time around, with mentions to female behaviour and seven withches. ;)
