I´ve been thinking a lot about treats this week, thanks to The Joy diet project.
I will post the full week´s process on Friday.
Where am I at this point?
After days of gleefully getting treats, my Inner Critic kicked in.
"That´s enough", she said. "You´ve been spoiling yourself way over what you deserve. Stop right now"
And I did.
I will probably not taking any more treats this week so I can´t wish for treats today.
