What do you wish for this holiday season?

Yesterday I phoned my hubbie to thank him. :)

I was in the middle of my neighbourhood´s main street, giving the last touches to our Christmas celebration and suddenly realized how lucky I was, having the time and money to be able to buy food and presents (I´m a stay at home mom).

Here kids get one present each from their parents, so it may not sound like much for other cultures who buy more but it is enough for my children, I know they will be happy with the toys they´ll get (one from each set of grandparents too). And I know hubbie will like what he gets too. And I bought some family´s favourites for dinner, that will be yummy too. My family is happy, I´m happy. :D

That´s the basics of the celebration taken care of, sooooo what is left to wish? {I´m talking personally, not world peace and such}

I know: I wish for a heartfelt Merry Christmas wish. The "I thought of you and sent you a line" kind, not the "I sent this to everyone on my e-mailing list" kind. Those are nice too, at least I´m on your mail list and life can be hectic at this time of the year. ;) But a real one would be a treat.

Support wishes by visiting other participants, leaving a comment saying “As (insert name) wishes for her/himself, so I wish for her/him also.” It’s that simple. There is great power in wishing together.
