What burden do you wish to put down?

Wishcasting Wednesdays has evolved for me.

At the beginning I marveled at the possibilities. To wish freely, to wish with abandon. Just daring to wish for anything was thrilling. A totally new approach to life.

Nowadays, with the backup of a lovely support fellow wishers and testimonies of wishes coming true, I take Wishcasting Wednesdays as a prompt to action.

When Jamie asked "What burden do you wish to put down?" I thought of the nagging list of "To do" things that weren´t getting done. And it was a heavy burden because I repeated the list a hundred times a day. It took space of my brain´s RAM memory so as to say. :D

One of them? Get the big painting from the dinning-room-now-mostly-used-as-craft-room two stairs up to Dan´s studio and my cork board two stairs down from the studio to my space.
I bought the pretty flower vase pic with hook yesterday. It was originally for my necklaces and when I found a better one (with more hooks) I still couldn´t part with it and brought it home with the idea of finding something to do with it. Now thanks to Jamie´s prompt, it´s done. *grin*
My wish is to keep putting things out of the way, putting the burden down either by actually doing things or by deleting them off my list if they are not really for me at this point (I tend to over commit to projects.)

I too have a To Do list. As Paula wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.

Sounds like you have put down the burden of over burdening yourself - well done.

The to-do list can be daunting but it feels kick-ass to conquer it! You got this! As Paula wishes for herself, so I wish also!~*

I love a to-do list myself. Yet, too often find myself hiding from them or being overwhelmed by the two dozen floating on my desk. As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you, too.

I often write to do lists and forget where I've left them. As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you also.

As you wish for yourself I so lovingly wish this for you also. xxx

This sounds so sane! I LOVE making a list of all the things weighing on me and then either just doing them or taking the first small step toward doing some of them, and then deciding which ones can just be removed from the list as unrealistic or no longer a high priority.

Hehehe I'm a recovered List Maker...it was so bad that as soon as I crossed off one thing, I added a couple more! Throwing The List away did WONDERS!

As you wish for yourself, I wish for you as well!

I live by my lists; they keep me organized and motivated. But, I've also been where you are (and I'm sure I'll be there again). As Paula wishes for herself, so do I lovingly wish for her. Oh, btw, YOU ROCK for using Wishcasting Wednesdays as a call to action!

it is funny how all those little jobs mount up and become a huge never ending list, I keep meaning to tackle mine too, it seems daunting but I suppose if you tackle one thing at a time it is easier to get started ( or should I just make another coffee and read a couple more blogs lol)xxx

I like the idea of letting go of the burden of to-dos. Sometimes they can be overwhelming to me, too. Letting go feels so good.
