Chapter 4 Check In, the rebel week

1) Morning pages: 7 of 7 daily pages. Most were afternoon pages, a couple of evening ones. Only one day with short version (one page). Insights? None so far this week.
2) Artist date: just in time for the Kids Day here in Argentina a couple of new shops opened in my neighbourhood.
I entered Walkiria with Tati and had a nice chat with the owner, asking here about the concept and why she had started it. It is a mom & daughter team. They offer pretty, femenine accesories and make up classes.
We also entered Rampagge which opened last month and we hadn´t visited yet.
A photographic date on my own. Many old houses are being taken down to build new appartment buildings. :( This one has been abandoned for a while and the land on the right side of it is already being excavated.

3) The rebel part: I skimmed the chapter as it was not too interesting for me. And the tasks, I couldn´t see the point. I´ll make myself read the chapter again and go through the tasks next week. Even if it is to write why they don´t fit me. ;)

I read the chapter twice and it really didn't speak to me either. I did write morning pages (today) and will try to keep up with it this week. I love your picture of the house with the shutters. Have a great week.

I did really like this chapter. I really connected with "Think of yourself as an accident victim walking away from the crash: your old life has crashed and burned; your new life isn't apparent yet." Happily I am living my new life and loving it but I can clearly remember the feeling of being stunned and struggling to begin a new chapter.

Thank you for all you're doing Paula. This group is really keeping me moving forward.

Much love and gratitude, Tia

Amazing photos! Love that dilapidated house--looks like it should play soft spooky music. :)

That mother/daughter store looks like fun! One of my goals I made for myself the other day is to get in the shape required to fit into the stuff they sell in shops like Rampage again. Ha! It makes me sad to see them taking down all these old houses everywhere. Here, too. Everything's going to be unrecognizable at some point in the future. Anyway, go ahead and be a rebel for now, with no apologies. After all, part of this whole chapter is recovering our identities. That means all of it, rebel/angel and anything in-between. You've been sticking to the morning pages with dedication! And you have good intentions for the coming week. Best of luck! You're doing great!

I didn't take to this chapter much either. (have been away - I'll catch up on Sunday)
