What path do you wish to follow?

I turned the computer on at 6.55AM today.
I read Jamie´s question for today´s Wishcasting Wednesday and sat with it for about 12 seconds before my rocket propelled mad dash to make breakfast/fill lunch boxes/braid Tati´s hair ... the usual pre school routine.
I sat with it during my drive back home.
I scrubbed it during my doing the breakfast dishes.
I took it with me and contemplated it during my time at the bakery´s queue (line).
I dragged it behind me like a toy truck while going to the market.
By then it felt like a real truck at the end of my rope.
I left it home and went to Sabine´s. She was making cute sock puppets as souvenirs for her son´s 4th birthday party.
It was still where I left it when I came back home. By then I had Tati with me and my mom arrived home.
The day took over.
It´s almost 11PM. Morning pages have been written, housechores have been completed (I won´t bore you with the details), visits have been made and still I don´t know which path I wish to follow.

This is something I found earlier this week at Sadee Schilling´s blog (on How to find rest) and I saved it for a blog post. It is so appropiate for today´s question:
"I am the Lord your God
who teaches you what is best for you,
who directs you in the way you should go.
If only you had paid attention to my commands,
your peace would have been like a river,
your well-being like the waves of the sea."
Isaiah 48:17-18

Who directs me in the way I should go. I´m listening.
Picture of the day for today: talking to hubbie across the Ocean with the iPods.

To read what other Wishcasters had to say, visit Jamie´s original post for today.

Dearest Paula ~ I wish for you peace like a river, and the strength of ocean waves. Watch for the path before you.

I love the way you painted that picture for us, I could actually see you dragging this little toy truck behind you. Tee hee! Anyway, what a beautiful response from your inner guidance, being led to that passage. I find it perfect! As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you also! Oh, and you never bore us with the details. We are interested in hearing all about your days.

Hi Paula...sounds like it was one busy day.

Thank you for providing those "Christmas links" - I had the planner one but the other two are now saved for dipping into.

Toni xx
