Three Wise Men on the 12th day of Christmas

On the 12th day of Christmas, the Three Wise Men arrived to where Jesus Christ had been born by following the Star of Bethlehem from the East. Casper, Balthazar and Melchior brought gold, frankincense and myrrh for baby Jesus.
Kids (and young at heart) leave their shoes by their beds on January 5th to find a gift for them in the morning. As a young child I lived in a flat and had no access to grass for the camels so I  left them fruit salad, which they seemed to like as the bowl was always empty in the morning. ;)
The Three Wise Men visited my family this morning. :) The kids got books, I got a stack of magazines and Daniel got shorts.
It was windy today.
We went for a walk by the cliffs. Now we know why there are so many "don´t stay under the cliffs" signs.
 Family pic. :)

The sea does look rather rough - we've had lots of high winds here over the last few days which make things feel very cold.

Lovely family photo.

What an awesome tradition.
The only thing we have ever found in our shoes was when our cat made an offering of a mouse, not a pretty site! LOL
Looks like a wonderful day spent with your family and looks warm!'

Hugs Lynn
