What do you wish to reflect on?

Jamie´s question came when all over the world we can feel the air shifting. We are changing seasons and with the new start it is a great time to stop, look around and see where we are standing. The first picture was taken on September 1st at home.

This is the same branch ten days later.
My thoughts are not going the "change of season" path but "my place in the world". {Yes, I´m still with my "map of me" theme. ;) }

Nowadays with the net you can chat with people from all over the world. The North Hemisphere bloggers are going towards autumn with autumn/winter recipies and crafts. The South Hemisphere ones are going towards spring but not many are relishing on the fact. Even more, I want to make all the foods/crafts the northern girls are doing! But wouldn´t they be the "wrong" ones for me? Definitely on the food front. We need lighter/fresher/cooler recipies now, not stews and such.

My main question is: do I sing and dance all flowery because this is where I´m coming from? Do I keep it neutral so I can play along with the other girls?
I think about the net as a giant school playground. Will they play with my toys if I bring them along?

Where are you from? What do YOU think?

I would say do what makes you happiest! Us Northern girls can always save your recipes for later, or you can remind us about them when Spring rolls around!

I agree w/ Dominee --- do what brings you joy.

The more joy each of us feels the more we can share with the world.

I love knowing what is happening in your part of the world. It fascinates me how we are all so much the same yet so different. Do what makes you happy. Then we'll be happy too.

Definitely feel free to share your flowery song & dance with us here in the Northern Hemisphere! It brightens our days as we start to cuddle down for the coming winter...

And as always, as you wish, so too do I...

What a good question to ponder. I'm a northern girl, but I'm always happy to see a bit of sunshine from my southern friends at this time of year
