AEDM Day 9 offering: a Halloween page. I had this scraps sitting literally on the floor without a background. No cardstock looked "good enough" (in a week I was told I was "good enough"). Dh told me to "kill it off", a saying in Spanish that sounds quite harsh when translated. It meant that I had to choose a cardstock "as good as I could" and get on with life. I´m posting the layout before putting the picture ´cause I don´t know what the other families would feel about it. :)
SC Day 7:
affirmation for today - I UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT MY FEELINGS....AND WHAT I FEEL IS NOT WHO I AM.
A turning point in my life was the week after we got married. Daniel phoned me to my parents place where I was having lunch and asked: "Do you want to move?"
Uh?, where to?
"To England. We have until tomorrow 8am to make up our minds"
when?
"As soon as we have our papers"
A month and a half later we were living there. Here in Buenos Aires I left my family, my friends, my studies, my job. We had the most magnificent time of our lives there in Chester. Still miss the place after 12 years of being back home.

Moving to England with short notice. That is a major turning point!
Glad you made the best of it!

It takes so much courage to uproot yourself! I admire your courage! :)
Sometimes those decisions that happen in a blink of an eye have the best outcomes!
I admire you for making the decision - I would call that courageous... what an experience you must have had, living in England!
what an adventure to pick up and move to England just like that! and so exciting! love the england layout!
So brave but sometimes it is best to take the bull by the horns.
Love the LO.
