Right now, at my kitchen, waiting for the sun to rise. :) Dh took the pic before going to bed.
An old tradition from my mom´s family. When I was very young we all went to the river coast to drink "mate", eat croissants and watch the first sun of the year rise.
Nowadays my aunties and uncles that are left (many have departed, includidng my dad) are too old to stay awake all night. I still do. One of my cousins does. :)

Lovely pic of you...you would have a long wait for any sign of the sun here LOL 2009 has has dawned here, cold, dull and very overcast - let's hope it improves soon.
