What do you wish to try?

From Saturday to Monday we were in Tucumán, staying in the capital city of the province: San Miguel de Tucumán. Tati at the Historical House sign. That house is where our Independence Act was signed on July 9th 1816.
Mati, the history buff.
By chance we discovered that a play was going to start in fifteen minutes and we got tickets for it. It was so good! Totally interactive with the audience. The story was told by Niña Esperanza (Niña was the title for young aristocratic girls. Her name Esperanza means Hope) a young and single (which she keeps going on and on about at a hundred words per minute) lady that lived in the house. Tati got to talk to her about getting ready to get married and even tried the sweets she was offering as a show for her culinary abilities (very important in young single ladies at the time).
The dresses were lovely and the dances were sweet and all over the back yard of the house.
Mati (in light blue cardigan almost at the end of the stage) was chosen by the then governor Araoz to be one of the delegates signing our act.

Why am I telling you all this? It is the background story to today´s wish. Jamie Ridler asked "What do you wish to try?" You can read what other wishers are casting today at the original post here.

I wish to try ... my first vlog. :D
I consulted my resident expert (that would be my 15 year old son who has almost 600 followers on You Tube broadcasting about Nintendo DS Pokemon videogames and Beyblades in Spanish) about camera settings, sounds and light.
Then I procastinated for two weeks.
Suddenly I got a flash of inspiration in the way of "DO IT NOW" imperative feeling. :D
Fortunately my kids are quite used to my being slightly off center and only glanced sideways at each other when I told them I wanted to broadcast smack right in the middle of the pedestrian street in front if the Indepence House. "There might be too much noise there.", suggested my son. "Too many people going by", offered my daughter thinking about all those tourists watching her mom talking in a foreign language. We settled in a middle ground of the main "patio" of the house.
That is where I got an abrupt halt. Because of course my words were not as they were in my head (great place my head, cool things happen there). And then I´m procastinating again and I´m back to wishing.
I wish to try my first vlog.

What wonderful photos of the show.

I can just picture the children when you made your announcement - but if it is something you want to do you'll get there.

Ooh, excellent! I can't wait to see it!

And want to know a secret? Outside your head, we think your ideas are awesome, even if they aren't quite the same as they were inside. ;)

As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you as well.

I love it Paula! What a great idea.

As you wish for yourself, I too wish for you!

BTW I got caught up working last month and have been out of the blog loop. Is it too late to get in on the Artist's Way action? I know I can catch up with the rest of the group and I would really love to be a part if it.

Let me know. :)

Ohhhhh, I do hope you try Vlogging! It's a blessing that you have a seasoned Vlogger (your son) to show you the ropes. But then they go and squelch your moment of inspiration because you're in public. Tsk Tsk. But that's kids for you. They have cool reputations to protect, after all. LOL!

Glad to see that you're getting the most out of your vacation together! As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you as well!
