Week 26 and my month in numbers for June

For Creative Every Day 2012, I´m taking a picture a day for the whole year. This is my third time around with the Pic-a-day project and at the end of each month I make a mosaic of the month´s pictures. I´ve taken 178 out of the possible 182 pictures for 2012 so far.

Sunday, June 24th (172/176): finished project. The 349 new pictures that I colour coded and stacked last week are now in their albums, ready to be scrapped. Yes, the albums are in a box. Manic laughter. My brain works like that. ;)
Monday, June 25th (173/177): just as I was hopping into the car I happened to notice how blue the sky was. I stopped mid air and got my iPod from my belt to take this picture. Connie from Dirty Footprints Studio was doing the same thing at about the same time. Here´s her compelling story.
Tuesday, June 26th (174/178): happy birthday Daniel!!!!! Health, Money & Love! (Traditional wish in Spanish)
Wednesday, June 27th (175/179): urban rider. Dan with his birthday presents: Levi´s jacket & trousers, specially designed for bike commuting.
Thursday, June 28th (176/180): taking notes from Christine Kane´s webinar.
Friday, June 29th (177/181): Tati invited Candela home to work on their sign about the Lighthouse of Alexandria. Before you urgently e-mail us: Mati already caught up on the spelling mistake and the girls will put it right on Monday at school. Thank you! And in case you are wondering what I´m talking about: lighthouse in German is LeuchtTuRm not Leuchtum.
Saturday, June 30th: the new Beyblades arrived in Buenos Aires after months of sorting custums new laws. MrPokeMeister is ultra happy he can make his videos again. His You Tube fans were getting impatient.

{Sunday snippets}: is a collection of photos from your week. This way I can also add the pics that didn´t make "picture of the day" but are still significant to document our family life.  Stop by {tinniegirl}'s blog for more or to play along! I´ll be playing too. :) The tagline is: "No need for words.  Let the pictures tell your story."  Sitting on my hands here not to be too wordy. Please feel free to ask anything you want to know about them. :)

Not many extras this week! In fact, only one.
PhotoLab site is back up: here are the links for the weeks in case you want more details about any of the pictures.

And for June 2012´s update I´m doing {My month in numbers}. It is a project taking place at Julie Kirk´s blog  where you sum up your month with numbers. Here are some inspirational instructions on how to go about it.
My own month in numbers:
2 brilliant report cards in Week 22
6 were the hours we could watch Venus go in between the Sun and our planet in Week 23.
18 were the pastries I burnt the same week.
45 years were represented in one white candle for my cousin´s Pablo´s birthday in Week 24 and Daniel this week.
1 book & 1 swimming suit for Tati that same week.
349 pictures. Yayyyyy! Pictures!!! ;)
Want to share too? Go to this month´s post at Julie´s blog.

And in other news: I´m starting several new projects for the second semester beginning tomorrow Monday, July 2nd.

Lovely photos as always Paula. That sky is so beautifully blue - despite some reasonable days here the sky has been very hazy.

Hope Daniel had a wonderful birthday (his cake looks yummy).

Have a good weekend.

It was cloudy here during the transit of Venus ... so definitely no photos for us!

I hope you burned all those pastries together, in one go, ... and that it didn't keep happening to you all month!

Thanks for joining in, I've pinned your post to the board with the others now: http://pinterest.com/notesonpaper/my-month-in-numbers/

Happy July!

Julie :-)

Fab month in numbers - like others I would dearly wish to have that sky in the UK even just for a week LOL!! The constant wind and rain gets boring after a while!!
