Many, many times when I answer Jamie´s prompt I´m already taking action about the issue at hand, so I change the wish for the want. Thi is one of those times. I want to celebrate my children´s achievements at school.
February 28th, first day of school |
This week we were told Matias will be escort of the National Flag on his last year of school due to his great grades this year. Only the kids in the last Year (Year 6 for our school) can have that honour and as classes are over the current Year 6 carriers are giving the 3 flags (Argentina, Germany and Buenos Aires) to the next lot before leaving.
We took Tati & Mati for lunch out. Taking into account their teen tastes, we took them to the mall. :D Tati chose sushi and Mati his favourite super burger with bacon as a treat. :)
December 3rd, classes are over! |

My son is captain of our school German Debating Team - can you imagine them going up against each other? It's a great thought, isn't it? Right across the world!
Paula, what beautiful children! Congratulations to both of them for their honors and to you. I know what an important thing home life is for students.
Your post about your children brought a smile to my heart. As you wish for yourself, I wish for you also.
